Consultancy services

The Centric Networks Consultancy services are applied at the first stage in the project lifecycle and are intended to assist the Client in fully defining the proposed scope of work and project deliverables.

In essence, the purpose of our design service is to apply a combination of broad industry experience and specific technical expertise to the customer’s specific problem, to develop a clearly defined and costed solution.

Managed Services

Centric Networks offers a suite of “Netcare” managed services based upon ITIL helpdesk standards on a 24x7x365 basis.

From our Network Operation Centre, we proactively monitor your IT systems and provide support according to a Service Level Agreement that is tailored to meet your needs and includes both availability and performance guarantees.

Our core competencies are as follows:-

  • First, Second and Third line Helpdesk Services
  • Full management of Perimeter and Internal Security
  • Management of Cisco-based wide and local area networks for UK, European and Global clients
  • Management of Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 based file, print and application servers including SQL Server, Oracle and Citrix
  • Third party/ telco management
  • All Services are managed to ITIL standards on a 24x7x365 basis
