1st/2nd line Helpdesk Engineer
We require a first and second line helpdesk engineer for our busy Chelmsford based helpdesk team.
The role involves both office based client facing helpdesk work with flexible hours between 7.30am and 7.30pm Monday to Friday in addition to some client facing work on site and in our 4 London data centres. Microsoft and general networking skills are essential. Knowledge of Citrix, Cisco and Checkpoint are useful. Full technical training will be given as part of the role. Salary package offered is band B with Company pension, private health cover and life insurance.
